When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, your name, email address, and message are delivered to us by email. We do not store contact form submissions in our website database. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly spam prevention service that does not use tracking cookies or collect personal data beyond what is necessary for bot detection.

If you book a discovery call through our website, your booking is handled via Google Calendar. The information you provide, including your name, email address, and any notes, is processed by Google as part of this service. Please refer to Google’s privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.

We process this information under the lawful grounds of legitimate business interests to manage and confirm appointments.

Newsletter signup

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address are collected and processed on our behalf by Mailchimp, a third party email marketing service. Our signup form submits your details directly to Mailchimp and does not set any cookies on our website. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email we send, or by contacting us directly. Mailchimp provides full GDPR-compliant data management including the ability to request deletion of your data.

Our website offers a range of free downloadable resources including guides, book chapters, and quizzes in PDF format. These are available without registration and no personal data is collected in order to access them. Where you have consented to analytics cookies, download activity may be recorded anonymously through Google Analytics to help us understand which resources are most useful to our visitors.

To access these downloads, you will be asked to provide your name and email address and enter a password supplied to you as part of your programme. This information is collected solely to verify authorisation and monitor download activity. It is stored securely on our server and is not shared with any third party. No cookies are set as part of this process.

No YouTube cookies are set while you simply browse the site. If you choose to play a video, YouTube may set cookies on its own domains at that point in order to play the video. If you would prefer that YouTube does not set any cookies, please avoid playing the embedded videos.
