Level 1: Understanding you and your team

2.5-hour workshop for up to 12 people

In this session, we explore the nine Enneagram personality types, the ways people behave and how they process the world using their head, heart, and gut.

You’ll start to see your own automatic habits and reactions with more clarity and begin to understand why your colleagues and collaborators see and experience things so differently. It’s often described as the a-ha moment.

Great for building self-awareness and creating a shared understanding and language across your team.

Level 2: Developing a thriving team

A follow-on from Level 1

In this session we look at your team as a whole, mapping everyone together to spot the patterns in how you communicate, make decisions, and handle stressful situations.

You’ll start to see why certain dynamics keep showing up, and more importantly, how to shift them. Less drama, more momentum.

Great for teams who want to move from “just getting by” to genuinely thriving together.

Personal typing session

A one-to-one deep dive, just for you

Over a 90-minute conversation, we explore what really drives you – your strengths, your blind spots, and the patterns that might be getting in your way.

Two weeks later, we meet again to help you make sense of your reflections and observations to create an actionable growth path for you.

It’s a confidential space to get to know yourself more deeply so you can lead from a much more grounded place.
