Meet the team

As CEO of Monkey Puzzle, I lead the organisation with more than 17 years of experience in training and development across the UK, US, and Europe. My career has provided me with a wealth of experience navigating diverse cultures, language barriers, and global expectations. Having started in-house within the retail and aerospace sectors, I founded my own consultancy in 2016 before joining Monkey Puzzle in 2021. Now, as CEO, I combine my background as an organisational psychologist and executive coach to drive the company’s vision forward.

As an award-winning author, my book ‘Can I Offer You Something?’ provides a refreshing approach to both giving and receiving feedback that reveals its transformative power – without the fear. This expertise is rooted in my interest in how anxiety manifests in the workplace, specifically its impact on imposter syndrome, burnout, and psychological safety. I enjoy translating my research findings into practical strategies for the leaders and teams I work with.

Championing diversity and inclusivity remains a core element of my leadership; I am an active LGBTQ+ role model for several UK charities, including Diversity Role Models, providing vital support to young people.

Throughout my career, I have maintained the belief that working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive; my love of Lego serves as a constant reminder that, at heart, I am still a big kid.
