As Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Monkey Puzzle Training, I bring over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and tax specialist to lead financial strategy with a focus on sustainable high performance.

I have navigated the full business lifecycle, from launching start-ups and managing reorganisations to overseeing complex technical and software implementations. I believe that true financial leadership requires more than just technical expertise; it requires an innate ability to partner with people through complex, stressful situations. With a Masters in Psychology with a specialisation in Business and a Masters in Health Research alongside my business qualifications, I am passionate about helping senior teams create efficient, effective organisations.
