My work has always been shaped by a deep interest in how people work, lead and grow in complex systems. My approach is warm, practical and reflective, drawing on neuroscience, positive psychology, transactional analysis and systems thinking.

I am passionate about creating highly relational spaces where people feel both supported and stretched, and where meaningful development can lead to practical, lasting change.

Prior to Monkey Puzzle, I worked for almost 20 years across marketing and brand strategy. My career has spanned corporate, creative and social impact spaces.

I am an ICF PCC accredited coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner and qualified coach supervisor. Alongside 1:1 coaching, I design and deliver workshops, group programmes and leadership development sessions for individuals and organisations navigating change, leadership and the human realities of work.
