Meet the team

I’ve spent a lot of my career to date working in fast-paced advertising and marketing agencies in London, where I helped manage the creation of multimedia advertising and marketing campaigns for large multi-national organisations. Whilst the environment was often high pressured and demanding, I really enjoyed the pace and the experience helped to super charge my organisational and interpersonal skills in ways I never expected.

After a relocation with my young family and recently project managing a large home renovation (which went surprisingly well!), I joined Monkey Puzzle as part of the operations team. Our role is to make sure that the delivery team and our clients have all they need for programmes and consultancy projects to run seamlessly, as well as overseeing the smooth running of the business. There’s a lot to juggle and our work is often sensitive and confidential in nature, so all the skills I developed in my marketing roles have definitely come in handy.

I am responsible for organising the materials for our training programmes, assisting with our marketing, PR and business development, as well as keeping on top of some very busy diaries!

I am particularly interested in how organisations can remain productive whilst avoiding issues of burnout and overwhelm, and can often be found ‘testing’ out our own concepts and models in my work, which helps us and our clients.
