Meet the team

I have spent the last decade working in adult education within the technology sector. I began my career working in customer service, logistics, sales and marketing and eventually landed in cybersecurity, where I worked with governments, armed forces and large corporations on building highly effective technical teams.

Since 2019 I have coached professionals through my private practice, and I have worked as Head of Coaching and Culture for a UK cyber startup. I have supported leaders finding clarity in their roles, navigating transitions and organisational changes, and discovering their authentic way of leading.

I hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice and my research on impostor syndrome and coaching has been published in the International Journal of Coaching and Mentoring Practice. I am a Professional member of the EMCC, a Functional Imagery Training practitioner and I have specialist training in coaching neurodivergent adults. I strongly believe that given the support anyone can flourish, and that (together with my Italian enthusiasm and humour!) is what I bring to every coaching relationship.
